The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) recently issued a notification for the Indian Engineering Services Examination 2021 notified by the Ministry of Railways.
“All candidates (male / female / transgender) are requested to carefully read the Engineering Services Examination Rules (Ministry of Railways) notified by the Government and the notice of examination received from these rules,” read the notification.
Interested and eligible candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. This will be purely provisional subject to fulfill the eligibility conditions stipulated in all stages of this examination.
Examination Details: The Preliminary / Stage – I Engineering Services Examination Examination will be held on 1 July, 2019 according to the rules published by the Ministry of Railways in the Gazette of the Extraordinary Railway Date of Engineering April, 2021 of India.
Recruitment of the results of this examination will be done on services / posts under categories like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecom Engineering.
The number of vacancies to be filled on the results of the examination is expected to be around 215.
Age Limit: A candidate for this examination must have attained the age of 21 years and would not have attained the age of 30 on January 1, 2021, that is, he would not have been born before January 2, 1991 and January 1, 2000. No later than
