Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with the other as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of examination at degree level; OR
• Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi/English as medium and the other as a compulsory/elective subject; OR
• Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects; OR
• Recognized Diploma/Certificate in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa, or two years’ experience in translation work in Central/State Government offices.

• Junior Translation Officer (JTO), Junior Hindi Translator (JHT), Junior Translator (JT), Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator): Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400).
• Senior Hindi Translator (SHT), Senior Translator (ST): Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400).
