OUAT invites eligible candidates for a Walk-in-Interview for the post of Research Associate (with Ph.D.) under the World Bank-assisted REWARD-Hydrology Project funded by the Department of Soil Conservation & Watershed Development, Govt. of Odisha.

Key Terms & Conditions
- Contract Basis: The engagement is temporary, co-terminus with the project, and does not guarantee regular employment under OUAT or the Government.
- Tenure: Initial engagement for one year, extendable annually based on performance.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 45 years (Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/Women).
Application Format
- Submit the application in the prescribed format (ANNEXURE-I) with self-attested copies of:
- Certificates (educational and experience).
- Age proof.
- One passport-size color photograph.
- Original certificates (from HSCE or equivalent onwards) must be produced at the interview.
Selection Process
- Document verification.
- Written test cum skill test (starts at 11 AM).
- No TA/DA: Candidates must bear their own travel expenses.
Important Notes
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): Required from the current employer, if applicable.
- Disqualification: Concealing facts or canvassing will lead to disqualification.
- Authority Rights: The number of posts may change, and the interview schedule may be canceled or amended without prior notice.
- Termination Clause: The engagement can be terminated without notice. Candidates may also resign with a one-month notice or by depositing one-month remuneration.
