The online test will be of 300 marks consisting of multiple-choice questions in Odisha Police recruitment

(1) Numerical Aptitude:-
Number System, Simplification, Decimals and Fractions, HCF LCM, Ratio and Proportion, Percentage, Profit and Loss, Discount, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Partnership, Time and Work, Distance, Use of Table and Graph, Mensuration and Diverse.
(2) Mental Ability Test:-
Questions will be from the topics- Logical Diagram, Symbol-Relationship Interpretation, Codification, Perception Test, Word Formation Test, Letter and Number Series, Word and Alphabet Analogy, Common Sense Test, Letter and Number Coding, Direction Sense Test Data Logical explanation of, the strength of reasoning, determination of implied meanings.
(3) General science and recent scientific/ technological developments: Questions will test the candidate’s awareness in the field of science and technology including matters of everyday observations and experience.
(4) Current events of national and international importance: Questions shall be to test the knowledge of significant national and international events and of the topics of social relevance in present-day India.
(5) History of India from ancient times and Indian National Movement: Emphasis will be on testing the general understanding of social, economic, and political aspects of Indian History. Questions on Indian National Movement will relate to the nature & character of the nineteenth-century resurgence, growth of Nationalism, attainment of Independence, and role of leading personalities in the freedom movement.
(6) Indian and World Geography: Emphasis will be more on the geography of India. The questions will relate to the physical and economic geography of the country. It shall cover the main features oflndian agriculture and national resources.
(7) Indian polity and economy: Questions on Indian polity and economy shall be on the political system, Constitution of India, Panchayati Raj administration, principal features and characteristics of Indian economy, planning, and economic development of India.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) For Odisha Police SI Syllabus 2021
This test is only for qualified candidates in Documentation & PST. There will be a race in this test of qualifying nature.
Race –
Male – 1.6 KMs in 8 minutes.
Female – 1.6 KMs in 10minutes.
Long Jump:-
Male – Long Jump of3.66 Meters in length in three attempts.
Female – Long Jump of 2. 77 Meters in length in three attempts.
Note:- Failure in completing the Physical Efficiency in the prescribed time or attempts shall lead to disqualification from the selection process.
