Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (CHSE/CBSE/ICSE) or a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia and English.
• Candidates must have basic computer skills.
• Candidates must own a smartphone with Android 10.0 or above, minimum 6 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM, and a 5000 mAh battery.
• Desirable: Experience in data collection using a digital app for government or non-government institutions.

Required Documents

• Educational Certificates: Self-attested copies of 10th and 10+2 mark sheets or Diploma in Engineering certificate.
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, or any government-issued ID (self-attested).
• Recent Passport Size Photographs: As per specifications in the notification.
• Experience Certificate: If applicable, for candidates with prior data collection experience.
• Application Form: Duly filled application form as per Annexure-III in the notification.

Salary

• Field Allowance: ₹900/- per village for 7th Minor Irrigation Census and ₹720/- per village/ward for 2nd Census of Water Bodies.
• Patwari Allowance: ₹300/- per village for 7th Minor Irrigation Census.
• Mobile Device Charges: ₹750/- per village/ward for 2nd Census of Water Bodies.
• Training Allowance: ₹165/- per day for attending training.
• Note: No TA/DA will be provided for field work.

Selection Basis

• Candidates will be selected based on scrutiny and evaluation of certificates.
• A provisional list will be prepared based on marks in Matriculation (40% weightage) and Intermediate (60% weightage). In case of a tie, preference will be given to candidates with higher educational qualifications.
• Final selection will be approved by the District Level Sub-Committee.

Application Process

• Applications must be submitted offline via Speed Post, Registered Post, or by dropping in the box at the Office of the Deputy Director (P&S), DPMU, Khordha, Old Collectorate Building, At/Pi- Palla, Khordha-752056.
• Complete the application process as per the prescribed format (Annexure-III) and attach self-attested copies of required documents.
• Keep a photocopy of the filled application form safe for future reference.

Important Instructions

• After submitting the DPMU Khordha Enumerator Recruitment Form, keep a copy of the application and attached documents safe.
• Applications received after 20 June 2025 (5:00 PM) will not be considered.
• Candidates must sign a formal agreement on ₹10/- non-judicial stamp paper with the Deputy Director (P&S), DPMU, upon selection.
• The engagement is temporary, and enumerators cannot claim regularization after the census work is completed.
